Cocoonr offers this 45 m² air-conditioned house in Houesville to rent for up to 4 people.
It comprises an attractive 19 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 250 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises - A living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron. Outside: - A private garden of 250 m², south/south-west facing, enclosed by an opaque fence and gate. - A 15 m² wooden terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Houesville, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Village of Ste Mère Église 7 km away (8 min by car) - Port of Carentan 7 km away (9 min by car) - D-Day Experience Museum 3 km away (4 min by car) - Utah Beach 14 km away (15 min by car) - Parc Naturel Régional des Marais du Cotentin 4 km away (5 min by car) - Cherbourg and the Cité de la mer 45 km away (37 min by car) - St Vaast la Hougue 35 km away (32 min by car) - Le Mont St Michel 130 km away (1h24 by car) Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles). - A charging point for electric cars is available at an additional cost (payment to the owners).
