Cocoonr offers this 60 m² flat for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels extra, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A living room with TV, double sofa bed (160x200), dining area and access to the balcony. - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules), raclette machine (for 2 people), pancake maker (approx. 20 cm diameter)... - Bedroom 1 (11.5 m²): queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe - Bedroom 2 (9 m²): two single beds, wardrobe - Bathroom with shower and WC. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 1.24 m × 2.78 m balcony with furniture to make the most of the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Juno Beach Centre & D-Day beaches - Promenade du port - Dunes and marshes of Courseulles Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's garage and private outdoor car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Caen train station, 35 minutes away by car - Caen-Carpiquet airport, 30 minutes' drive away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other comments: - A gym and a coworking room are accessible free of charge with a badge. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - Free WiFi available (fibre optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Il n'y a aucune poêle pour cuisiner.
L'odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain qui s'est dissipée à l'aide du bicarbonate

Logement neuf très bien équipé. Notamment la literie des chambres. Très joliment décoré. Vraiment très agréable pour nous 6.
Salle de sport très pratique aussi, nous y sommes tous allés.
Le balcon à l' ouest pour le lever du soleil est très agréable.
La cafetière dolce gusto ne fonctionne pas.
Manque de lumière dans la cuisine et au-dessus de la table.
(Vraiment pour vous dire les petits détails mais c'était super agréable)
