Cocoonr offers you this charming 70s house in La Couture-Boussey to rent.
It measures 230 m² and can accommodate up to 8 people.
It comprises an attractive 100 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with bath) and a garden of approx. 7,500 m².
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A bright 100 m² living room with sofas, fireplace (wood provided), library area, dining room. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A home cinema with sofas and table football - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bath and WC - Separate WC First floor: - Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan.
Outside : - A beautiful 7,500 m² woodland garden with a majority of very fine oak trees, numerous rhododendron-type flowering shrubs. - A 100 m² east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - Petanque court (petanque balls provided) The house is ideally located in La Couture-Boussey, in very quiet, pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Long walks - Robert Hersant golf course 10 minutes away - Canoe trips on the River Eure - Anet castle 10 minutes away Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
A charging point for electric vehicles is available at an additional cost (information and payment from the local service provider).
For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Bueil, 7 km away - Nearest airport: Paris Charles de Gaulle, about 100 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
