Cocoonr agency offers this 100 m² house for rent in Lanvéoc, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 people.
It comprises a 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms (with shower) and a 300 m² garden with sea view. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 40 m² living room with TV, fireplace (first flambé provided), sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Utility room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 300 m² enclosed garden with a view of the sea
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Lanvéoc, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be within walking distance of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Activities :
- GR 34 on the Crozon peninsula
- Water sports including canoe hire
- Port du Fret / nearby hamlets (towards Le Fret)
- Surfing on the beach at Kersiguénou or Goulien
- Enjoy the beautiful beaches of La Grève, Ile Vierge or Morgat
Transport :
If you choose to come by car. A box is available for a car, nautical equipment and a bicycle. A space in the garage (no SUVs)
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Brest-Bretagne airport
- Brest train station 53 minutes away by car and Quimper 1 hour away by car
- Boat shuttle Brest/Le Fret
