Our boutique hotel in Zaandam is located in a beautifully restored monumental building.
Each of the 15 rooms is unique, shaped by the original structure and full of character.
We’ve combined timeless architectural details with calm, modern design for a stylish and comfortable experience.
With a central location, self check-in, and a peaceful atmosphere, it’s the perfect base to explore the area or unwind in a special setting where history meets modern hospitality. The rooms are located on the first and second floor and are only accessible via stairs.
But that is the Dutch Charm! Please note that there is no elevator. Quiet hours: 23:00 to 07:00. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.

Additional rules: 1. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: from 15:00 Check-out: no later than 11:00 Late check-in may be possible on request (subject to availability). 2. Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building. A €250 fine will be charged in case of violation. 3. Pets Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon in writing before arrival. 4. Noise Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors. Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 07:00 in all rooms and hallways. Parties or gatherings are not permitted. 5. Housekeeping Rooms are fully cleaned every third night. A light daily tidy-up is provided (beds straightened, bins emptied). 6. Visitors Visitors are welcome until 22:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. 7. Damage & Loss Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or inventory during their stay. Please report any damage or defects to our team immediately. 8. Safety Keep all emergency exits clear at all times. Always follow staff instructions in case of an emergency. Security is active 24/7 through our connected monitoring service. 9. Additional Rules Alcohol or drug use in public areas is prohibited. The hotel reserves the right to deny access or request guests to leave if these rules are violated. We will be communicating mostly online by chat, message or phonecall.
