This cosy property comprises: On the ground floor: - A fully equipped kitchen - A shower room and a bathroom - A dining area with a table and chairs - A comfortable living room In the basement, accessed via a narrow and very steep staircase (see photo): - A windowless loft-style bedroom converted from the former cellars, featuring a 160x190cm double bed, offering a cosy place to rest. A storage cupboard is available for your bikes or pushchairs. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is provided: Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, and oven.
Bed linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The location is ideal: - Shops and restaurants nearby - Bois de Vincennes – 5 min walk - Château de Vincennes – 16 min by bus - Lac des Minimes & Porte Jaune – 22 min by bus - 12 min from Metro Line 1 and RER A, making it easy to explore Paris Feel free to contact me for any questions or additional information.
