The studio is located on the ground floor of the Pignocco Country House, an ancient 18th-century farmhouse that has been finely restored and converted into non-hotel accommodation.
Immersed in the tranquillity of the Marche hills, just 5 km from the historic centre of Pesaro and the sea, it offers the possibility of experiencing a holiday among nature, sea and culture.Outdoor spaces and services:Independent entrance with private table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners.Large garden with pines, cypresses, laurels and wild vegetation.Private swimming pool for guests, immersed in a centuries-old olive grove, with deckchairs and sunbeds.Barbecue and relaxation areas in the greenery.The studio apartment:Bright and cosy, it overlooks the garden thanks to four windows.Cream-coloured kitchen, combined with a salvaged cupboard and a dark wood table.Matching curtains and bedspreads harmonise with the dark red velvet armchairs.Original terracotta floor that lends warmth to the room.Private bathroom also equipped for disabled guests, with shower, wooden footboard and water-repellent cotton curtain (no bidet).Independent air conditioning and heating.Free Wi-Fi.An authentic stay:The farmhouse, bought by the grandfather in 1952, was the family's country house for years.

Benissimo! Tutti le nostre aspettative sono state superate. Ci dispiace solamente che non siamo riusciti a fare colazione da loro per causa di nostri impegni.

We had a great stay at Pignocco. Cosey appartment, beautifull location, friendly staff. The only disadvantage was that there was a group of 10 people who were very loud at the pool. But despite this, we would definitively recommand this appartment.
