The independent holiday home is situated in a very sunny position with a panoramic view over the Candigliano river valley.
At the same time you can admire the panorama of the Furlo Gorge and the three Apennine mountains, Monte Catria, Petrano and Nero.The holiday villa consists of two independent living units.
On the ground floor there are about 80 square metres with 4+2 beds.
In the living room you will find a kitchenette and a sofa bed for one person.
There are also two bedrooms and a smaller room with a single bed.
There is also a bathroom on this level.
On the upper floor you will find another 110 square metres and six beds.
Here, too, there is a living room with kitchenette and three bedrooms (some with two single beds, others with a double bed).

All in all, the new villa with its 190 square metres offers enough space for twelve guests.From the ground floor there is access to a large terrace, while on the upper floor there is a spacious balcony.
