This 45 sqm flat is located on the second floor of the villa and has a 60 sqm private terrace for exclusive use.Access to the flat is via a spiral staircase leading from the garden to the flat terrace.
From the terrace, equipped with a table and chairs under a pergola, 2 sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a barbecue, you enter the living room where there is a sofa that converts into a double bed and a wardrobe; On the right-hand side there is a sliding door that opens onto the kitchen with dining table.The kitchen is fully equipped: 2 electric hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (both Italian moka and American coffee machine) and dishwasher; next to it there is a sliding door that opens onto the bathroom with shower and washing machine; On the left side there is a double bedroom.Air conditioning.

Buona posizione vicino al mare e al centro della Marina di Castagneto. Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità e la possibilità di pranzare all'aperto. Molto comodo il parcheggio interno. È utile sapere che, non distante dalla villa, la proprietà gestisce un parco botanico, che abbiamo visitato con visit...
