The flat is located only three minutes from Zuoz train station, 10 minutes walk from the family-friendly skiing area, 10 minutes walk from the cross-country skiing trail/cross-country skiing centre. Short access routes and direct train or bus connections to various top ski areas: Celerina/St.Moritz (15 min.) %26 Scuol (45 min.). Sledge run is in the village, in Zernez (15 min.) %26 in Muottas Muragl (15 min.). The hiking paradise of the Swiss National Park is practically on the doorstep (10 min. S-chanf). For bikers and racing bike riders, there are numerous routes on site. In S-chanf (5 minutes) there is a climbing wall and a bowling alley.
