This studio is located to the east of the harbour, just two kilometres from the old town, near the university site.
In front of the studio there is a beautiful terrace with a table and chairs.
There is also a parking space in front of the studio.
The 25m² studio has a modern interior and was recently renovated (2024). The studio is on the ground floor and provides a living room with a sofa bed (100 x 190cm) and, separated by a small wall, a sleeping area with a double bed (160 x 200cm). It also has a dining table for three people, a small kitchen unit with two hotplates and a fridge with a freezer compartment.
The bathroom provides a shower and a washing machine.
Wireless Internet access is available, as well as air conditioning and TV (only national channels). Just 50 metres from your accommodation there is a bus stop. Žnjan beach is either a fifteen-minute walk away or two stops on the bus. There are bus connections every 15 minutes to the old town.
