Reconstruction is in progress, so will be available in May 2020. The 19m² apartment with a separate entrance and a sea view is on the ground floor. It was renovated just recently in 2019 and can accommodate 4 people (2 adult + 2 kids). The bedroom is in living room and provide a double bed (140 x 200cm). There is also a bed (140 x 200cm) on gallery for two people in the living room, which also has air conditioning and satellite TV. The kitchen includes a dining space and is equipped with a gas stove, mini oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer.
