This detached roof-only house is just a ten-minute walk from the North Sea within a holiday home complex.
Nearby is the beautiful shrimp cutter harbour with restaurants and a small quaint grocery shop.With a living space of approx. 70 m², this newly renovated accommodation offers enough space for four people plus two children.
The spacious living/dining room has a cosy living area, a satellite TV with DVD player, a radio and a large dining table with 6 seats.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, an egg cooker, a kettle and a filter coffee machine, leaving nothing to be desired.
In one of the two bedrooms there is a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), the second bedroom has two single beds (each 0.90 metres wide) and a wigwam with a mattress (1.40 x 2.00 m), which can accommodate two children and is accessible via a ladder.
Both bedrooms have roller shutters.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a WC, a washbasin and a washing machine.
The landlord will be happy to provide you with a high chair and board games for young and old, WLAN is not available.You can reach the terrace and the garden via the living area.
The approx. 500 m² property is completely fenced in the rear area.
Here you will find a large play area, a climbing tower with slide, a double swing, a seating area, a barbecue fireplace and the large, new terrace with two loungers, a garden table and garden chairs.
Nothing stands in the way of a barbecue evening together.
You can park a car in the private car park.If you require bed linen and towels, please let us know when you make your booking.Water consumption is included in the price, electricity consumption is charged according to your actual consumption and must be paid for on site.Of course, only your actual consumption will be charged.Please note:Charging electric cars is not permitted!The village of Burhave is about two kilometres away.

Positiv ist die Lage des Hauses und der Garten mit Spielgeräten für kleinere Kinder.
Auch die freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.
Negativ ist die Heizung, ein Nachtspeicherofen. Es ging nur Sauna oder frieren. Ein Mittelwert konnten wir in 2,5 Tagen nicht erreichen.
Die zusätzlichen Stromkosten sind auch recht hoch.
Und das man in Ferienwohnungen zusätzliches Toilettenpapier mitbringen muss ist meißtens so. Allerdings gab es hier nichtmal eine angefangene Rolle.
