It comprises the following: Garden level: - Living room - 1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and an en-suite shower room - WC - Summer kitchen - Laundry room Ground floor: - Living room/kitchen with wood-burning stove (wood not provided) Upstairs: - 2 attic bedrooms, each with two 80x200 cm beds that can be joined upon request, and an en-suite shower room - WC View of the maquis shrubland and olive grove Stream crossing at the bottom of the garden Access via a 2.5 km dirt track (1.2 km of paved road not recommended for low-clearance vehicles; 4x4 or SUV vehicles recommended) Arrival possible from 5 pm Exterior CCTV system (entrance + pool) deactivated for the duration of the rental - Pool terrace - 45 m² wooden deck on the garden level - 15 m² raised terrace on the ground floor - 30 m² stone-paved terrace under the pergola on the garden level - Private swimming pool (10x3 meters, 1.50 m deep) open from April 15th to October 31st, heated from April 15th to May 31st and from September 15th to October 15th, and secured by a safety barrier.

Nous avons apprécié la maison pour sa tranquilité, une piscine ouverte sur la nature, un spectacle époustouflant avec un ballet de milans royaux au-dessus de nos têtes tous les jours. Une maison plein de charme. Super séjour. On recommande !!!!
