Cocoonr offers you this charming 30 m² house to rent in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, 300 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 5 people.
It comprises a 15 m² living room, fitted kitchen, bedroom and sleeping area, shower room and 80 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises - A 15 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with double bed (140x190) - Shower room - Separate WC First floor: - A sleeping area on the mezzanine with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed. Outside: - A private, enclosed 80 m² garden to make the most of fine weather - A 20 m² terrace, facing east and west, with sheltered dining area - A second terrace of 25 m², facing east and west, with sun loungers and parasol The house is ideally located in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Walking or cycling in the marshes, forest or towards the beach - Relaxation at Plage des Dames, Plage de l'Anse Rouge or Plage de la Luzéronde - Tasting local produce - Discover the salt marshes - Visit the Château de Noirmoutier Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's numbered private parking space. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: St Gilles Croix de Vie, about 57 km away - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique airport, approx. 90 km away Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

À proximité des plages
logement trop petit pour quatre personnes. Pas de box internet, pas de linge de lit ou alors en option , la vaisselle était à relaver avant de s’en servir ..pour finir ,la cabine de bouche très médiocre …
