Welcome to Villa Marinella! The Roberto apartment is a three-room unit located on the ground floor of Villa Marinella, featuring a large private outdoor area overlooking the Gulf of Mola, with panoramic views of the sea and Capoliveri.
The apartment includes a sea-view garden and consists of a living area with a glass-ceramic stovetop, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower cabin and bidet.
The apartment is equipped with mosquito screens on the windows and a small table under the covered patio, as well as a garden furnished with table, chairs, sun loungers and parasol.
Shared services with the other guests of the property: outdoor shower, barbecue, parking and Wi-Fi. Villa Marinella has a total of 5 apartments, 3 of which face the garden.
Each of these apartments has its own private outdoor space, without separating walls.
The villa is located in Mola, Porto Azzurro, surrounded by nature—perfect for those seeking tranquillity and wishing to explore Elba Island, its beaches and the surrounding area.
Just a few minutes’ drive away are the beaches of Naregno, Lido di Capoliveri (sand), Barabarca, Zuccale and Barbarossa.
Each beach meets different needs, from family-friendly shores to smaller, more natural coves.
Porto Azzurro is reachable in just a few minutes by car, as is Capoliveri.
Within a 2-minute drive you will find the Coop supermarket in Mola and a petrol station; within 5 minutes you can reach all services in Porto Azzurro, only 1 km away.
Capoliveri is about 4 km away, and the most renowned beaches of the south-eastern coast are nearby.
Located in front of the landing area of Mola Bay—a natural harbour sheltered from most winds—the villa benefits from a mooring field (active from May to October) offering boat spaces from 4 to 16 metres.
Just 150 m away you will find the Dog Beach, a sandy and gravel beach dedicated to our four-legged friends.
We recommend arriving with a vehicle to explore the many nearby beaches.
The villa is situated on an elevated position; to reach it, you will need to drive 100 m uphill on an unpaved road.
Bed linen and towels can be brought by guests or rented upon request: €20 per person.
