The studio features a fully equipped kitchenette, contemporary bathroom, high-speed WiFi, and all the essentials for a comfortable and affordable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.

For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay, and can also make use of communal facilities.
