Welcome to the 'La Vista Apartment', a spacious and bright two-room apartment for up to 4 people.
Its location in the suburbs allows you to enjoy tranquillity and comfort only a few minutes' drive from the city centre and its points of interest.
Parking under the house is a real advantage and allows you to have your vehicle close at hand.
Keep in mind that due to the area, the Wi-Fi network may occasionally slow down, but this will give you the opportunity to completely disconnect and immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere of Como.
The space: The bright living room with an view of the surrounding greenery that creates a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere.
Here, you can relax, read a good book or simply enjoy the tranquillity.
As well as being comfortable, the sofa bed is also ideal for families with children or groups of friends looking for spacious accommodation.
The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use, allowing you to prepare your meals in total comfort.
The bedroom will allow you to rest and recharge your batteries after a day of exploring.
NOTE WELL 👥 All guests are required to pay a tourist tax According to Italian laws, the personal ID of each guest will be required before check-in 🗝️ To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form 🧾 The amount displayed by the portal includes the owner's rent and the consideration for ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager.
These amounts will be better detailed in the invoice that will be issued at check-out We note that with the payment a security deposit will be requested which will then be returned at the time of check out in the absence of damages

Trovare l'appartamento non è proprio banalissimo, prendere la chiave dentro al lucchetto con il codice, ancora meno banale.
Tutto però è andato a buon fine e siamo entrati in casa.
Appartamento ben attrezzato secondo le aspettative...piccola negatività per altro già segnalata: il cavatappi rotto e noi abbiamo dovuto chiederlo a un vicino per aprire la bottiglia di vino.
Ottima vacanza trascorsa.
