We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by car. Ponta Delgada airport is a 9-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Comfortable apartment in the heart of Ponta Delgada, just steps from the Carlos Machado Museum.
Fully renovated and centrally located, the house offers all the necessary amenities, ideal for a relaxed stay in the city centre. Welcome! The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a TV for enjoying your favorite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement.
A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

it was great and cheap
: it had all the necessary facilities (everything you need in the kitchen) and was very good for its price. very comfortable, no loud cars or street.

Spacious, quiet accommodation
: Plenty of living space. Quiet location, close to the town centre. Free parking is available next to the Botanical Gardens if you’re worried about parking in the narrow streets

Very clean flat. Close to a bar which causes some noise at night. The stairs are very steep and poorly lit, especially for the elderly.
