Cocoonr offers this 78 m² flat in Lingolsheim to rent for up to 6 people.
Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it comprises a 29 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 29 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (160×200) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- One bedroom with a pull-out bed that can be converted into a single or double bed
- A bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, welcome products, hoover, baby high chair and cot.
Exterior:
- A sheltered, west-facing 8 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Lingolsheim, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Visit the Parc de la Citadelle - Explore the town's heritage: Saint-Blaise church, Lingolsheim castle - Take advantage of Strasbourg's proximity - Picturesque villages on the Alsace Wine Route - Tasting Alsatian specialities - A trip to Europa-Park, just over an hour from your accommodation Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (two vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Strasbourg Roetig, a 5-minute walk away - Nearest airport: Strasbourg-Entzheim, 7 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - For the festive season, the accommodation will be decorated and a Christmas tree will be put up. - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay, limited to one pet (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Die Unterkunft sah in echt genauso aus, wie auf den Fotos, wenn nicht sogar noch besser. Sie ist super eingerichtet und geräumig gewesen und hat alle Utensilien für Haushalt und Küche die man benötigen könnte beinhaltet. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir würden es definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! L'appartement est parfaitement équipé, avec une très belle terrasse et une décoration soignée. Il y a toute la vaisselle et l'électroménager nécessaires pour se sentir comme chez soi. L'hôte est très réactif et nous a aidés pour chaque question.
Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement sans aucune hésitation!
