Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it comprises a 29 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 29 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (160×200) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- One bedroom with a pull-out bed that can be converted into a single or double bed
- A bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, welcome products, hoover, baby high chair and cot.
Exterior:
- A sheltered, west-facing 8 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Lingolsheim, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Visit the Parc de la Citadelle
- Explore the town's heritage: Saint-Blaise church, Lingolsheim castle
- Take advantage of Strasbourg's proximity
- Picturesque villages on the Alsace Wine Route
- Tasting Alsatian specialities
- A trip to Europa-Park, just over an hour from your accommodation
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (two vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Strasbourg Roetig, a 5-minute walk away
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg-Entzheim, 7 km away
