Cozy, modern studio with open fully equipped kitchen. Living area with sofa bed and terrace overlooking the Casino Square. Separate sleeping nook with double bed, suitable for up to 4 guests. Bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet. Perfect central location near shops, restaurants and the seafront. Ideal for a seaside holiday. Wifi: yes – parking: not included – sheets/towels: bring your own.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.
