Cocoonr offers this charming 180 m² house in Saint-Lyphard to rent for up to 7 people.
It comprises a pretty 70 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,700 m².
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 70 m² living room with sofas and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC) - A study - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC) - Bedroom 3: with a single bed - Bedroom 4: with a single bed - A lounge area with TV, armchairs and a single bed on the large mezzanine floor - Bathroom (with bath and WC) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A private, semi-enclosed garden of 1,700 m². - A south-facing terrace of approx. 40 m² and a second west-facing terrace of approx. 40 m².
Both are equipped with furniture to make the most of fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Lyphard, in very pleasant surroundings.
In Saint-Lyphard you will find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. in Guérande and La Baule.
Activities : - Discover the Brière Regional Nature Park - Visit the typical village of Kerhinet - Panoramic view from the bell tower of Saint-Lyphard church - Dolmen de Kerbourg and other prehistoric sites - Walks to observe the marshes and surrounding countryside Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house (3 spaces).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: La Baule-Escoublac, about 17 km away - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, about 80 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
Other remarks : - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
