Multitemporada presents Casa Premium, an ideal space for families and groups of up to 4 people, located in the beautiful neighborhood of Lagoa da Conceição in Florianópolis.
The house is very spacious, air-conditioned and fully furnished, consisting of 2 suites, a large living room with Smart TV and a fully planned and equipped kitchen.
In the outdoor area, we have a beautiful balcony, garden, playground, barbecue area and private parking.The house is designed for your utmost comfort; bed linen and towels are provided.
We offer 200 Mbps Wi-Fi, as well as a desk and chair suitable for guests who need to work remotely during their stay.Space descriptions:*Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, blender, microwave, cabinets, sink, and all necessary cooking utensils;*Dining room: Table, chairs, and sideboard; *Living room: TV stand, 43" Smart TV, and sofa.*Suite 1: Queen-size bed, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.*Suite 2: Double bed, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.*Bathrooms: All equipped with electric showers;*Parking: Two parking spaces available;*Garden: Spacious garden with a barbecue area, laundry facilities, and a children's playground.*We provide two beach chairs and a cooler.*Small pets are welcome with prior authorization and a fee of R$ 75.00 per stay, per pet. Please note: medium and large pets are not permitted.We are located in a gated community just 800 meters from the lively center of Lagoa da Conceição, one of Florianópolis's best neighborhoods.
