Cocoonr is offering this charming chalet for rent in Les Contamines-Montjoie, within walking distance of the ski resort.
It has a floor area of 180 m² and can accommodate up to 12 guests.
It comprises a lovely 65 m² living area (with a wood-burning stove, which should not be used when young children are present), a fully fitted kitchen, five lovely bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower or bath), and you can enjoy the sauna and a garden of around 384 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground floor - Welcoming entrance hall, with storage space for your outdoor gear - Handy ski room, equipped with a boot dryer so you can set off dry every morning - A dedicated sauna room with shower and washbasin for optimal comfort - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom (with shower, washbasin and toilet) - Fully equipped utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer - Separate toilet First floor - Large, light-filled living area of 65 m², with a comfortable lounge area, a television, a large dining table and access to the outdoor area.
Working wood-burning stove - Modern, open-plan kitchen, fully equipped (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, etc.) - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom (with shower, washbasin and toilet) Second floor - Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 4: with two single beds pushed together to form a double bed (180×200) - Bedroom 5: with two single beds pushed together to form a double bed (180×200) and an en-suite shower room with shower and washbasin. - Separate toilet - Bathroom with bath and washbasin - TV/relaxation area with a sofa bed for two people, ideal for children or last-minute guests Outdoors - A beautiful, private, unfenced garden of 384 m², facing south - A 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The chalet is ideally situated in Les Contamines-Montjoie, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Activities: - Les Contamines-Montjoie ski area (the ski slopes are 500 m from the property and are open from mid-December to mid-April) - Winter and summer biathlon - Parc Loisir du Pontet and its activities (tree-top adventure course, pony rides, trampoline, golf driving range, etc.) - Walks to the various mountain huts Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in front of the main entrance (4 spaces). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Saint-Gervais-le-Fayet, about 20 mins away - Nearest airport: Geneva, approximately 1 hour 15 minutes away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are included - The garage is not part of the rental and therefore cannot be used - Free Wi-Fi available - Non-smoking accommodation - The wood-burning stove is in working order; the first fire is on the house - Pets are not permitted in the property. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests.
