Welcome to your cozy mountain getaway! Perfectly suited for up to 5 guests, this charming retreat combines comfort, convenience, and a peaceful mountain atmosphere, just 4 minutes by car from the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada.
This property has two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed, and one with a bunk bed, perfect for children or friends. The living room includes a sofa bed to accommodate an additional guest, along with a dining area and a TV for relaxing evenings. There is one full bathroom with a modern shower. The kitchen is fully independent from the living and dining area and is equipped with everything you need for preparing meals, including a stove, mini fridge, microwave, and all essential utensils.

Parking: Free underground parking is available a short walk from the building. It is nearby but not directly within the property.
Accessibility note: Please note that the property may be challenging for guests with limited mobility due to a few steps at the entrance and inside the living area.
The apartment also has a decibel detector, in line with community rules.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
