The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 120 m² holiday home in Ploeren for rent, which can accommodate up to 7 guests.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with a wood-burning stove), a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and a garden of around 340 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor - A 30 m² living room with a dining area - A sunken lounge area with sofas and a fireplace - An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob… - A separate toilet On the first floor - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and an en-suite shower room - A mezzanine with a sofa On the second floor - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: three single beds - A bathroom (with bath and toilet) For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful, enclosed and private garden of 340 m², with a terrace to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally situated in Ploeren, in a very pleasant setting.
