Barátságos tulajdonosok, szuper olcsó, az árvan klíma és internethasználat is benne van. Kiváló az elhelyezkedése, boltok, éttermek, tengerparti strandok, bazársor, taxik, buszmegálló stb. pár perc sétára. Szép kert, pálmákkal, aloe verával, lime stb.
