Cocoonr Annecy offers you Villa Sarmaz, a sumptuous 350 m² residence ideally located in Veyrier-du-Lac, offering an exceptional setting in the heart of a lush landscape overlooking Lake Annecy. With its 6 bedrooms, this villa combines the charm of wood and glass to create a warm, contemporary atmosphere.
The villa is composed as follows
Ground floor:
- A large, light-filled living room with double aspect and warm furnishings
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, etc.)
- A living-dining area with fireplace and lake view, giving direct access to the terrace and outdoor dining area, which itself has a barbecue
- An independent workspace for teleworking or meetings, in addition to the desks in each suite, with ultra-high-speed wifi 7 (fibre) throughout the house
Floor 1:
- TV lounge with double sofa bed (Smart TV)
- Bedroom 1: 1 single bed, desk and access to balcony with lake view
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed 160x200 + bathroom (bath and shower), desk and access to balcony, lake view

- At the end of the garden, a private pontoon allows you to dive into the water, go paddle-boarding or fish for crayfish.

Go hiking in Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.
Transport :
If you are coming by car, the property has a driveway, allowing up to 4 vehicles to park in the driveway; 2 cars at the top (which requires walking down the path) and 2 cars at the bottom in front of the front door. Free public parking is also available 300 metres away.
- The regular SIBRA 20 bus service, with a stop 3 minutes' walk from the Villa, provides easy access to Annecy city centre (around 10 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport can be reached in around 35 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
Other remarks :
- All accommodation is non-smoking
- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
