Cocoonr agency offers for rent, at the foot of Porte de la Craffe in Nancy, this duplex apartment with wifi (fibre optics), with a surface area of 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 19 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. Pets allowed.
The accommodation comprises
- A 19 m² living room with TV and 1 double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and 1 single bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
The flat enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of the old town, opposite the Porte de la Craffe. Just a short walk from the Parc de la Pépinière, it is right in the heart of the city. All the essential shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques are within easy reach.
