Cocoonr is offering this charming 160 m² holiday home for rent in Les Belleville, set in a refurbished Savoyard chalet just 6 km from the 3 Vallées ski slopes, which can accommodate up to 13 guests.
Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 70 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms and three shower rooms.
Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A living room with sofas and a TV - A fitted open-plan kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso capsule machine and filter coffee maker, raclette machine and fondue set... - A dining area opening onto the living room and kitchen - A separate toilet First floor: - Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with 1 double bed (140×200) - A shower room - A separate toilet On the second floor: - Bedrooms 3 & 4: each with 1 double bed (140×200) - A shower room - A separate toilet On the top floor: - Bedroom 5: a bedroom with 3 single beds (90×200) - A mezzanine with 1 double bed (140×200), maximum ceiling height approximately 1.30 metres - A shower room - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: 2 extra beds (80x190), a high chair, a washing machine, a cot, and an ironing board. Outside: A large paved terrace of approximately 80 m² is at your disposal.
Facing south, it is furnished so you can make the most of sunny days. The house is ideally situated in Les Belleville, in a very pleasant setting.
In Saint Martin de Belleville, you’ll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market… Activities: - Downhill skiing in the Trois Vallées ski area - Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing - Snowboarding - Hiking, climbing - Mountain biking… and much more besides Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the village car parks; the nearest is La Chapelle, just 20 metres away. To go skiing, you’ll need to drive; there’s a large free car park right opposite the ski lifts in Saint Martin de Belleville (about 6 km from the chalet via a road that’s easily accessible even in winter) As for other modes of transport, here’s some information you might find useful: - Nearest railway station: Moûtiers-Salins-Brides-les-Bains, 15 km away (approx. 20 mins) - Nearest airport: Chambéry, 100 km away (approx. 1 hr 10 mins) - Other transport options: Lyon Saint Exupéry Airport, 175 km away (approx. 1 hour 55 mins); Geneva Airport, 177 km away (approx. 1 hour 54 mins); Grenoble Alpes Isère Airport, 172 km away (approx. 1 hour 53 mins) Other notes: - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner).
