Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming 45m² flat for rent, situated in the heart of the village of Chinaillon, which can accommodate up to 5 guests.
It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace.
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A living room with a sofa, TV and dining table - A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, food processor, oven and everything you need at your disposal. - Bedroom 1: A double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2: A bunk bed and a single bed - A bathroom (with bath) - Separate toilet Outside: - A large, sunny terrace with unobstructed views of the mountains – the perfect spot to relax after a lovely day outdoors. Neighbourhood: A very quiet area, with the ‘Serpentine’ ski run right next to the residence. Transport If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the residence. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest SNCF railway station: Annecy (40 km) - Nearest airport: Geneva (70 km) - Coach station: Le Grand-Bornand (7 km) Other details: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - 3-star-rated holiday let. - A ski storage room is available for you to store your equipment safely. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
