Cocoonr is offering this charming 33 m² flat for rent, situated in the Pistes de Soleil residential complex, in the heart of the village of Chinaillon.
Ideal for four guests, it features a cosy living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a sleeping area, a bathroom and a sunny terrace. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included: just make yourself at home, we’ll take care of the rest! The accommodation - Living room with sofa, TV and dining table - Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, raclette machine - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) - Sleeping area separated by a curtain with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with washing machine Outdoors - South-facing terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days Neighbourhood: Come and enjoy unforgettable moments, combining relaxation with mountain adventures! The residence is situated in the centre of the village of Chinaillon, a 10-minute walk from the ski lifts. Transport - By car: public parking spaces available on the street - By train: Annecy SNCF station, 40 km away - By plane: Geneva Airport, 70 km away - By bus: Le Grand-Bornand coach station, 7 km away Other details: - Bed linen and towels provided - Free Wi-Fi - Ski storage room accessible from inside the building - Pets allowed - End-of-stay cleaning included (please ensure the accommodation is left in good condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use) - Option to combine with the “Pistes du Soleil C1” flat to accommodate larger groups You’ll be welcomed on arrival by the Cocoonr team, who specialise in “ready-to-move-in” rentals.

Appartement très bien et bien équipé mais le salon cuisine plus petit qu’il n’y paraît sur les photos. Heureusement il a fait très beau et nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse pleinement

Un appartement idéalement placé à 2 pas des remontées mécaniques, très bien agencé et donc parfait pour les vacances d'hiver.
Attention contrairement à ce qui était écrit sur l'annonce, l'appartement est au 1er étage et non au rez de chaussée.

Très bonne première expérience avec Cocoonr! L'appartement loué était parfait, conforme à la description, très bien placé. Les lits faits à l'arrivée et les linges de toilette sont un plus evident!
