The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 118 m² chalet for rent, located in the heart of the village of Chinaillon, which can accommodate up to 15 guests.
It consists of a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms and a terrace.
Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included.
We are waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and stove - A large, fully equipped kitchen - Bedroom 1: two single beds and a bunk bed (90x190) - Bedroom 2: two bunk beds (90x190) - Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 4: three single beds (90x190) - Bedroom 5: one queen-size bed (160x200) - Four bathrooms Outside: - A terrace The neighbourhood In summer, set off to explore the Route des Grandes Alpes and the legendary passes of the Tour de France.
Whether for a sporting getaway or a relaxing break, Chalet Zouche is the ideal setting for immersing yourself in nature, summer or winter.
Located in a quiet neighbourhood, less than 100 metres from the Lac piste, it offers direct access to the slopes in winter and is the perfect starting point for cycling enthusiasts in summer. Transport: Chalet located at the foot of the slopes on a very quiet road. The village centre is a 10-minute walk from the chalet. For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Annecy (40 km) - Nearest airport: Geneva (70 km) - Bus station: Le Grand-Bornand (7 km) Other comments: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Chalet super cosy (mitoyen), sur trois étages, donnant directement sur les pistes. Séjour lumineux avec une baie vitrée. Vue sur les montagnes magnifique. Cuisine très bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié les instructions précises et l’agence. En résumé: logement correspondant à nos attentes et séjour très apprécié.

Pour la 2ème année consécutive nous avons loué le chalet Zouche.
Nous l'apprécions pour son emplacement.
On pourrait juste regretter, du matériel de cuisine un peu juste pour 15 personnes. Les plaques et quelques ustensiles commencent à être détériorées (poêles, marmites un peu petites).
