Our bright 65 m² holiday apartment on the 2nd floor can be accessed via a comfortable staircase.
In the hallway, there is a full-length mirror, wardrobe, and shoe rack.
The bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe, double bed (180x200cm) with two slatted frames and separate mattresses (bed ends open), and an armchair.
From there, you have access to a small balcony on the south side, with a sunshade and seating.
In the cozy living room, there is a high-quality sofa bed (extra bed for a 3rd person is possible), a table with three chairs and a reading lamp, a cabinet, and a flat-screen TV.
In the large living kitchen, there is a kitchenette with two ceramic cooktops, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a sink, microwave, kettle, toaster, radio-CD, and dishware.
Kitchen utensils are sufficiently available.
Additionally, there is a dining area for 3 people and a large dish cabinet in the room.
The daylight bathroom is brightly tiled, equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, mirrored cabinet, hairdryer, various storage options, and heating as a towel dryer.

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost, and cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.
Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-out is possible until 10 a.m.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon consultation.

The keys will be handed over in person on site.
A travel cot can be provided free of charge on request.

Wir sind total zufrieden und haben uns entschieden, das wir noch öfters für einen Urlaub an die Ahr kommen.Besonders bei der Familie Krieger hat es uns besonders gut gefallen.Unser nächster Aufenthalt ist schon in Planung.
