Cocoonr offers this superb 135 m² modern house in Dinard for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
The house has a lovely 70 m² living room that is totally open, spacious and bright, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms upstairs, two bathrooms (with shower) and you can enjoy a beautiful garden and terrace.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. The accommodation is made up as follows Ground floor: - A superb 70 m² living room with a comfortable sofa that can seat up to 6 guests, connected TV, a relaxation area with two club armchairs.
Direct access to the terrace and garden.
The fireplace is not usable. - The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped and spacious.
If you're a keen cook or pastry chef, you'll be able to take advantage of the many kitchen appliances available to prepare your finest menus! These include: an electric kettle, a bean-to-cup coffee machine and a Senseo coffee machine, a toaster, dishwasher, induction hob (3 rings), oven and microwave, American fridge, wine cellar... - A separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x190) - chest of drawers - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) - wardrobe.
Direct access to a private south-facing balcony with two sun loungers and a parasol.
There is a step of approximately 50 centimetres between the access from the bedroom to the balcony. - Bedroom 3: A spacious, light-filled master suite.
It has a king-size bed (180x200), a large wardrobe and a relaxation area with armchair and sofa.

Shops less than 5 minutes away by car. Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park: 2 parking spaces available in front of the garage.
