The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Ydes, on the border between Corrèze and Puy-de-Dôme.
It has a surface area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
You will have the ground floor to yourself.
It comprises a lovely 37 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m².
Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 37 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, and dining area - An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Miogot food processor, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, crib, plancha grill, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - An 8 x 4 m private heated swimming pool, open from April 1 to September 30, equipped with a roller shutter - A beautiful 1,000 m² private garden (not enclosed) - A pétanque court - A terrace by the pool with furniture for enjoying sunny days (deck chairs, dining area) The house is ideally located in Ydes, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities: - On the border of Corrèze - 45 minutes by car from the ski resorts (Mont d'Ore, Chastreix and Le Lioran) - 10 minutes from the Bort dam reservoir (water sports, fishing) - Bort les Orgues greenway in Mauriac, 500 m from the accommodation - Ideal for hikers - The village of Mauriac and its lake (20 min away) - The village of Salers, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France (20 min away) Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage and private car park of the house (up to 4 vehicles).
A charging station for electric vehicles is available free of charge.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest train station: Ydes, about 2 km away - Nearest airport: Aurillac, about 50 km away Other remarks: - The ground floor of the house is for your exclusive use, as the upper floor is occupied - Sheets and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic) - Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €15/stay, one pet only (cat or dog).
