Accommodation description
Beautifully centrally located holiday home in a quiet neighbourhood of Koksijde, just 700 metres from the beach. The house accommodates 8 people with 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms (one with spa bath and one with wellness shower), a sunny garden with terrace and barbecue, and an attractive, spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen. The combination of rural and modern interior is harmonious, here you will experience a carefree holiday in style
Koksijde is a pearl on the Belgian coast where sea, dunes and culture merge seamlessly. You will enjoy wide sandy beaches, the Hoge Blekker nature reserve and a vibrant centre full of shops and gastronomy. Visit the Paul Delvaux Museum, the Ten Duinen Abbey Museum or the NAVIGO Fisheries Museum, discover shrimp fishermen on horseback, or walk through the Oostduinkerke dunes. A place full of charm, nature and heritage!
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.

Villa Laury var et perfekt tilflugsted for vores familieferie!
