Welcome to our charming, fully renovated studio located at 13 rue Saint-Georges, in Metz, on a quiet street just a stone’s throw from the lively city center! Situated on the first floor without elevator, this studio combines comfort, modern amenities, and functionality — perfect for a solo trip, a getaway for two, or a business stay.
Just 5 minutes on foot from the city center and the majestic Saint-Etienne Cathedral, you’ll be right in the heart of Metz to enjoy the shops, restaurants, cafés, and local markets.
The train station is only a 20-minute walk, and the main university hubs are nearby — close enough to be convenient, but far enough to ensure a peaceful stay.
The perfect location to experience the buzz of Metz while enjoying a quieter, residential area. The studio has been fully redesigned to offer a smooth and pleasant stay.
It features a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed with a real, comfortable mattress, a modern bathroom with shower, a functional dining area, and high-speed Wi-Fi. A cozy, well-appointed space — ideal for a short or medium-term stay in Metz. The little extras you’ll love: • High-speed Wi-Fi • Fully equipped kitchen • Real comfortable mattress (sofa bed) • Fully renovated studio • Only on the 1st floor • 7 minutes on foot to the cathedral and historic center • Close to university campuses • Private and self check-in ✅ Check-in from 5 PM (from 1 PM upon request) ✅ Check-out until 10 AM (up to 1 PM upon request) ✅ Beds made upon arrival with fresh linen provided 🚗 Please note: The studio does not include private parking.
However, parking is available in the area, especially at the Opéra car park, less than 10 minutes away on foot.
Street parking is only paid during the day. It’s free in the evenings, on weekends, and public holidays.
All parking details are included in our welcome guide. 🔇 The studio is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, just minutes from the vibrant city center — ideal for enjoying some calm without being far from the action. 🌺 A little story behind the name: "Tiki" is a tribute to the owner's Polynesian heritage — a subtle and warm exotic touch that gives the place its unique personality. ✨ NEW: Casa Luna, right next door! In addition to Studio Tiki (sleeps 2), a second independent accommodation called Casa Luna is now available for booking! It is a bright and spacious flat with one bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a total capacity of 4 guests. You can therefore book both properties together to accommodate up to 6 people in two separate but adjacent spaces — a rare and ideal opportunity for families or groups of friends! For your information, online registration is mandatory before your arrival.
A €500 card deposit or damage protection insurance (depending on the property) will be required during the online registration process to help guarantee high-quality accommodation for every stay. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of €21 per stay. Book now and let yourself be charmed by the unique atmosphere of Metz and the Saint-Georges district! Kevin and the Rock in Share Team

Très bon logement mais assez mauvaise isolation sonore, nous entendions toutes les sorties et retour des voisins. Aussi, cela n’est pas directement lié au logement mais il n’y a que des places de parking payantes ce qui est dommage.
