10 Min. mit Auto in die Altstadt von Rovinj. Sehr freundlicher Besitzer, toller Empfang.
Haus rustikal mit tollen Stilelementen eingerichtet. Wohlfühlfaktor 100%.Alles sauber und ordentlich. Schöner Garten mit großzügigem Pool. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Keuken is basic uitgerust. Properheid in grote lijn goed maar stofwebben en spinnen in de hoeken, bbq niet proper.Zwembad niet gekuist tussendoor, geen mogelijkheid om zelf te doen. Nieuw aangebouwd deel is nog niet volledig afgewerkt (overgang tussen oorspronkelijk huis en aanbouw is niet waterdicht) maar geeft wel een meerwaarde aan het huis.

Wir haben eine sehr sehr schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Einrichtung und Ausstattung haben an nichts fehlen lassen Einzig Waschmaschine und Staubsauger, man braucht sie ja doch mal, haben uns etwas überfordert. Dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
