Perfect for a family vacation or a weekend with friends, it can accommodate up to 6 guests thanks to its two comfortable bedrooms and sofa bed.
Enjoy your stay to the fullest! ## Logement Everything has been designed to ensure your comfort: Wi-Fi, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryer… The apartment features self-check-in, allowing you to arrive flexibly and with ease.
It is located on the 3rd floor, accessible via an exterior staircase (see photos), with no elevator.
The apartment includes: Two bedrooms with double beds (160 × 200 cm) Fully equipped kitchen: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine Bathroom with bathtub Bright living room with a sofa bed (145 × 200 cm) You will enjoy the natural light throughout the apartment and its warm, welcoming atmosphere.
We wish you a wonderful stay! ## Emplacement Bordering the 18th and 19th arrondissements of Paris, Aubervilliers is part of the inner suburbs of Paris.
Aubervilliers experienced its boom at the end of the 19th century, with the nascent industrialization and the influx of workers from all over France and Europe.
Since then, Aubervilliers has kept its industrial tradition and its multicultural identity.
Although part of La Courneuve, the apartment is closer to the center of Aubervilliers, which is only a 5-minute walk away.
In Aubervilliers, you will find all amenities: 3 supermarkets (Franprix, Monoprix and Auchan), 4 bakeries, 2 pharmacies, 1 bookstore, 2 gyms (On Air, Basic Fit) as well as restaurants for all tastes (Le Saint Emilion, Les Chambres, Auberkitchen, Kaishu,...).

Excelente lugar muy cerca del metro para llegar a las principales atracciones de Paris, el lugar muy limpio, el seguimiento fabuloso y la atención de 10

si tengas auto es difícil encontrar lugar para estacionarte pero no es imposible

Positive:
Appartement pratique pour un groupe de 5 à 6 personnes, très bien équipé et proche des boulangeries et supérettes. Métro et RER à 15 minutes.
Negative:
Situé dans un quartier populaire, en famille et surtout avec des petits enfants nous étions un peu déboussolés. Bon plan pour un groupe de gars.

Все було чисто і комфортно. Нова техніка. Нові зручні матраци і постіль. Були чай, кава, капсули для прання і посудомийки, вся необхідна кухонна посуда.
Нас було 6 людей. Було не тісно. Квартира затишна і тепла. Гарне розташування. Поруч метро, RER, автобуси.
Negative:
Гарне розташування. Якщо виникають питання , то власник завжди відповідає.
