This 23 m² apartment, designed by an interior designer, offers all the comforts you need.
Designed for two people, it can accommodate three (one child) with its extra single bed. Enjoy its balcony with a unique view of the sea while you eat a meal, a guaranteed change of scenery. The apartment is located on the famous Carnac promenade, offering you all the amenities you need right outside the residence, including a mini-market, bakery, ice cream parlour, bars and restaurants. Leave your car in the private parking space at the apartment. Located in a quiet residence, quiet must be respected.
The flat is on the first floor without a lift. It has: - Entrance hall with storage space and single bed for one person. - Living room with 160/200 double bed. - Dining table. - Fully equipped kitchen, microwave oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, hob. - Shower room with WC. Outside: - One private parking space. - 6 m² south-facing balcony. At your disposal in the accommodation: ► Hairdryer ► Private parking ► Wi-Fi ► Television Pets are not allowed.
