The Cocoonr agency offers this modern and bright 65 m² two-bedroom apartment for rent, just a few steps from the shores of Lake Annecy, offering views of the crystal-clear waters of Lake Annecy. Comfort, serenity and natural surroundings combine to create the ideal stay in Haute-Savoie.
Located on the 1st and top floor of a peaceful residence with private parking, the accommodation is composed as follows:
Living area:
- A cosy and bright living room, opening onto a large bay window with lake views
- A convivial dining area for 6 people
- A fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.)
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200) that can be joined to form a large double bed
- Bathroom with double sink
- Separate toilet
Outside:
- 17 m² terrace with dining table and deckchairs, ideal for enjoying the view of the lake
Additional facilities:
Wi-Fi, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available on request.
Nearby:
The apartment is ideally located in a quiet area of Sévrier, just a 6-minute walk from the lake and the beach.
- Cycle path along the lake, 2 minutes away by bike
- Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc., 10 minutes away on foot
Activities:
Go hiking in the Semnoz mountains, cycle along the shores of the lake, feel the thrill of water activities (wakeboarding, private boat trips…), explore the local heritage through cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum…), take to the skies for an aerial adventure in a paraglider, and wander through the old town of Annecy. Food lovers can indulge in tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef…). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in creating personalised stays.
Transport:
- The regular SIBRA Y51 and 15 bus routes, with a stop located near the apartment, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (approximately 25 minutes) and the nearby beaches (5 to 15 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport is approximately 45 minutes away by car. Bus and private shuttle services also connect Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend using taxis or private hire vehicles.
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.
Other remarks:
- Entirely non-smoking accommodation
- Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited
- Hotel-quality (4/5-star) sheets and towels are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
- Please note that this accommodation is offered for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights) during the winter period from November to April.
For medium-term stays, your booking will require the signing of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease) in order to comply with legislation.
To do this, we will need some additional information (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without a duly signed contract, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation. This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or via the various rental platforms.
Upon arrival, you will receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr Annecy agency. They will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and give you the keys.

Magnifique appartement sur Sevrier, super vue, un accueil parfait ainsi qu’une propreté irréprochable. L’appartement est super bien localisé avec un accès à différents commerces à pied, facilement accessible et très proche du lac!
