The Cocoonr agency offers for rent this charming recently built cottage, boasting a stunning lake view, located in the commune of Veyrier-du-Lac.
With a surface area of around 40m², this property comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.
The fully equipped terrace (table, chairs, sun loungers) opens onto a 100m² landscaped outdoor space reserved exclusively for guests.
Situated on the garden level with private parking, the property is arranged as follows:

-Bathroom with lake view, equipped with sink and bathtub with shower screen.
-Upstairs (accessible via indoor staircase): spacious living room with a beautiful lake view, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed. Separate WC.
-Dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
Sleeping area:
-Double sofa bed on the mezzanine.
-One private bedroom with two twin beds (90x190cm), garden level, with access to the terrace.
Outdoor space:
-16m² furnished terrace.
Additional equipment:
Wi-Fi, washing machine, private parking secured by a gate, iron and ironing board.
Baby cot and highchair available on request.
Nearby:
-The apartment is ideally located on the heights of Veyrier-du-Lac, a 30-minute walk from the lake and the beach.
-Cycle path: 2 minutes by bike.
-Shops: supermarket, newsagent, bakery, butcher, florist, banks… 30 minutes on foot.
Activities:
Hike on the Semnoz, cycle along the lakeshore, enjoy water sports (wakeboarding, private boat trips…), discover local heritage through cultural visits (Lake Annecy Eco-Museum…), take off on a paragliding flight, and stroll through the charming old town of Annecy.
Food lovers can enjoy tailor-made culinary experiences with our chef services (delivery, private chef…). All activities and services can be organized by our local partner, specialist in personalized stays.

-Regular SIBRA bus lines, with a stop located near the apartment (200 meters, Ramponnet stop), provide easy access to Annecy city center (around 25 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 minutes).
-Geneva International Airport is about 50 minutes by car. Bus connections and private shuttles also link Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend taxis or ride-hailing services.
-If you arrive by car, one private parking space is available underneath the chalet.

-Parties and noise disturbances strictly prohibited.
