Cocoonr Agency is delighted to present L’Azur, a charming garden-level apartment perfectly located in Duingt, right on the water’s edge. From here, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, Lake Annecy, and the village’s emblematic château.
With its direct access to a private 4,000 m² beach and two pontoons reserved exclusively for residents, this apartment promises a truly unique lakeside experience. The nearby hiking trails also invite you to explore the natural beauty of the region at your own pace.
The apartment is laid out as follows :
- Spacious living area with a large family sofa, dining corner, and wide bay windows opening directly onto the terrace, garden, and the lake – all with exceptional panoramic views.
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, crockery and utensils.
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (80x190 cm) joined to form a double (not separable), direct access to the terrace, garden and the lake.
- Bedroom 2: one single bed (90x190 cm), bookcase with books available (no window).
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140x190 cm, no window).
- Bathroom with WC.
Outdoors :
- Large 40 m² terrace with dining table, lounge furniture and relaxation area.
- Private paved area for the apartment, plus shared lawn for residents.
- Private 4,000 m² beach with two pontoons.
For larger groups, the apartment can be rented together with Le Loft Azur (1st floor), for a total capacity of up to 7 guests.

- Geneva International Airport is around 45 minutes by car. Bus connections and private shuttles also link Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend taxis or private transfers.
- Private parking space available in front of the residence.
