The Cocoonr agency offers you this spacious and bright 95 m² 3-bedroom apartment for rent on the shores of Lake Annecy, with a panoramic view of the lake’s crystal-clear waters and the surrounding mountains. Comfort, elegance, and a unique setting come together here for an unforgettable stay in Haute-Savoie.
Located on the 3rd floor of an exceptional residence set directly on the lake, with elevator and PRM access, the apartment is laid out as follows:
Living area:
- A bright lounge opening onto a balcony with stunning lake views
- A convivial dining area for 6 people
- A modern fully-equipped open kitchen with bar and high stools
Bathroom: shower, sink, washing machine + separate WC
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed (160x200), balcony access with lake view, private bathroom (bathtub, double sink, WC)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80x200) that can be joined, closets, balcony with mountain view
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (80x200), closets, balcony with mountain view
Outdoors:
- Three independent balconies, one with a unique panoramic view of the lake
- Direct access to the lake through the residence’s common areas
- Bike path accessible directly from the residence
Additional amenities:
Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, private secured parking space (opposite the residence). Public parking also available nearby.
Nearby:
Ideally located on the lakeshore, the apartment gives you immediate access to the bike path and is about 30 minutes by car from Annecy’s city center, with its shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions.
Activities:
From the apartment, you can enjoy lakeside cycling trips, water sports (swimming, paddleboarding, wakeboarding), hiking trails in the Semnoz mountains, or explore Annecy’s old town. Thrill-seekers can try paragliding over the lake.
- Regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15, with a stop nearby, connect easily to Annecy city center (approx. 40 min) as well as nearby beaches (5–20 min).
- Geneva International Airport is about 1h15 away by car. Bus services and private shuttles also connect Geneva to Annecy. For more comfort, we recommend taxis or ride-hailing services.
If you are coming by car, a private parking space is included. A public parking lot is also available nearby if needed.
