Cocoonr is offering a luxury flat for rent, ideally situated in the heart of Veyrier-du-Lac, just 850 metres from La Brune beach.
Bathed in light, it charms with its contemporary décor, unobstructed views of the lake and mountains, and access to the residence’s private swimming pool.
The interior is laid out as follows: Living area: - A beautiful, spacious and light-filled living area with a seating area (TV), dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (cookware, crockery, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, hob, dishwasher). - Direct access to the sunny terrace with panoramic views of the lake and the swimming pool. Bedroom area: - Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200), desk, wardrobe and direct access to the terrace with lake views. - Bedroom 2: single bed that folds out into a comfortable double bed, storage space. - Modern shower room with double washbasins. - Separate toilet. Outdoors: - Sunny terrace with unobstructed views of the lake and the swimming pool. - The residence’s private swimming pool, unheated, open from 1 July to 4 September, equipped with sun loungers and offering stunning views - Bicycle storage. - Secure residence. Additional facilities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, smart TV, patio.
Cot and high chair available on request. Nearby: The flat is ideally situated in the centre of Veyrier-du-Lac, just a 10-minute walk from the lake and the beach. - Cycle path running alongside the lake right on the doorstep - Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, chemist… also right on the doorstep. Activities: Go hiking on the Semnoz, cycle along the lake’s shores, experience the thrills of water sports (wakeboarding, private outings…), explore the local heritage on cultural tours (Annecy Lake Ecomuseum…), take to the skies for a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy’s old town.
Food lovers can enjoy bespoke gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef, etc.). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays. Transport: - The regular SIBRA 20 bus service, with a stop opposite the flat, provides easy access to Annecy town centre (around 25 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes). - Geneva International Airport is approximately 40 minutes’ drive away.
Bus and private shuttle services also connect Geneva to Annecy.
For greater comfort, we recommend using taxis or private hire services. Other notes: - The property is entirely non-smoking - Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited - Hotel-quality (4/5-star) bed linen and towels are provided.
The beds will be made up on your arrival.
Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. - We are happy to welcome your pet, subject to a supplement of €40. For any special requests (heavier pets, a second pet, other types of pet, etc.), please contact us: we will consider your request carefully. On arrival, you will receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr Annecy agency.
They will show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys.
