Cocoonr is offering to rent this spacious 52 m² flat in a new residence. Just a few minutes from the centre of Annecy and a stone's throw from the lake, this modern one-bedroom apartment is a cocoon of well-being.
Ideal for a romantic getaway or a family holiday, it combines comfort with the following features:
Living room:
- Bright and friendly, with sofa bed, connected TV (Netflix, YouTube...) and internet fibre.
- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, etc.).
- Bathroom: bath and vanity unit.
- Separate WC.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom: two single beds (90 cm) that can be made into a double bed.
Outside area:
- Furnished balcony: cosy garden furniture and superb view of the lake and mountains.
- Private parking space in garage (2.30 m x 2.50 m x 5 m).
Additional facilities:
Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, connected TV. Cot and high chair available on request.
Nearby amenities:
The flat is ideally located in Sévrier, just 2 minutes' walk from the lake and 25 minutes' walk from the centre.
- Cycle path along the lake at the foot of the flat.
- Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 20 minutes' walk away.
Activities :
Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.
Transport :
- The regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15, with a stop located at the foot of the flat, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 5 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 35 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.

- Entirely non-smoking accommodation
- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.

Très calme balcon agréable, appartement fonctionnel
Rien à voir avec l hôte et l appartement, entrée de l immeuble un peu particulier, en voiture ça va, a pieds, il faut penser à se repérer, l appartement est à l étage, mais pour sortir à pieds il faut monter à l ascenseur pour redescendre ensuite.

L’arrêt de bus à côté de l’appartement est un grand avantage, surtout dans la période où les transports sont gratuits. De plus, il y a beaucoup de loisir à proximité. Appartement lumineux, agréable et très bien équipé.

Appartement de standing, entièrement équipé, très agréable. La terrasse donne sur le lac et les montagnes, avec toutefois un peu de bruit au mois d’aout du fait de la circulation sur la route en contrebas. Conciergerie impeccable, merci !
