Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room with an adjoining balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen, a good-sized bedroom with a 4-star hotel-quality bed, and a bathroom (with shower). Completely renovated, decorated with care and equipped with Wi-Fi, this flat offers a unique experience thanks to its uninterrupted sea views. At low tide, take advantage of the 2.5 km of fine sand to walk, stroll or go fishing on foot as far as the islet of Verdelet.
At high tide, the sea skims the seawall: on a calm day, it's like being on the shore of a lake; when the wind picks up, the waves crash against the seawall and shoot over the lights, creating a breathtaking spectacle. The real magic of this flat lies in this diversity of landscapes, like a living canvas sublimated each evening by an enchanting sunset.
