The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 160 m² house for rent in La Chapelle-devant-Bruyères, which can accommodate up to 10 guests.
It comprises a lovely 100 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom with bathtub.
You can also enjoy the 1,000 m² garden.
Sheets and towels are available at an additional cost.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 100 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa, billiard table that converts into a ping-pong table, and dining area - An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A laundry room - A bathroom (with shower) - A separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200) and one double sofa bed - Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×200) - A bathroom (with bathtub) and WC On the mezzanine: - Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×200) The house has been designed to be pleasant and practical for everyone, with a few extra touches for families: trampoline, swing, safety gate on two staircases and fully enclosed garden, ideal for both children and pets. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot (sheets not provided), plancha grill. Outside: - A beautiful, north-facing, private, enclosed garden of 1,000 m² - A terrace of approximately 15 m², facing north-east, with furniture to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally located in La Chapelle-devant-Bruyères, in a very pleasant environment with unobstructed views of the fields and forest.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities: - Gérardmer (lake, summer tobogganing, walks) – 22 mins - Lac Blanc resort (skiing, mountain biking, tree climbing) – 35 mins - La Bresse (ski resort, hiking, adventure park) – 30 mins - Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle – 1 hour - Riquewihr (Alsatian village, wine route) – 1 hour - Alsace Wine Route & wine trails – from 1 hour - Alsace Ecomuseum – 1 hour 20 mins - Mulhouse (Cité de l'Automobile, zoo, museums) – 1 hour 30 mins - Strasbourg (cathedral, old town, museums) – 1 hour 30 mins - Colmar (historic centre, museums, Christmas markets) – 1 hour - Épinal (image museum, town centre, water sports centre) – 35 mins - Saint-Dié-des-Vosges (water park, market, architectural town) – 28 mins - Walking and cycling - Lakes and forests in the region - Outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, swimming in the lake) Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (for 4 vehicles). Nous avons séjourné en famille avec des enfants , le logement est joli , propre , bien adapté à tout les besoins .
C'était très confortable, idéalement situé pour toutes sortes de sorties, découvertes et balade .
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour de notre arrivée à notre départ.

Très beau gîte fraîchement rénové avec soin et confort. On s'y sent bien en famille, entre amis. Le lieu est spacieux et permet à chacun d'y trouver son espace. Les chambres et la literie sont exceptionnelles. Bref une adresse magnifique.

Wir haben hier schöne 4 Nächte verbracht! Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir waren acht Freunde und hatten genug Platz.
Bei großen Gruppen ist es sinnvoll, noch große Schüsseln und einen großen Topf mitzubringen.
Insgesamt eine sehr gute Unterkunft - wir kommen gerne wieder!
