Cooking surfaces and storage cabinetry are provided.
Bedrooms: The apartment features two bedrooms: • Bedroom 1: Furnished with a queen bed and a double sofa bed. • Bedroom 2: Contains two single beds that can be placed together.
Storage is provided via a clothing rack and mirror.
Bathrooms: There is one bathroom equipped with a shower and a vanity sink.
Outdoor Space: A 16 sqm private balcony offers panoramic views of the city of Lucerne and the surrounding mountain landscape.
It is a self checkin and we make it as easy as possible for you to get into the apartment.
You will get all relevant information a few days before your checkin and you can contact me any time via Airbnb during daytime until the evening :-) Please note that we have a guest form to be filled out, the same way as you have it in hotels too.
This can be done easily upfront on the PC.
As this apartment is in a residentual area with neighbors, quiet times are needed after 10 PM at night (room level noise after that time).
Therefor we have a noise alert device installed that notifies the host in case it should get too loud. • Please note: Depending on the booking platform you use to make your reservation, a City Tax and a Security Deposit may be charged separately.

The apartment was very clean and well located in an area within easy walking around town. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station and less to many restaurants. Very safe area and the outdoor balcony was very nice in the evenings. It is a fairly quiet street at night as we slept with the windows slightly open without any issues. A great place to stay.

Nice condo on top floor of building with good views and easy walk to restaurants and groceries.Could use more frying pans and both bedrooms should have mirrors, but otherwise great. Very clean and well maintained. Wonderful balcony.

The property was accurately listed, clean, easy to access and communication with Lukas was easy. Very conveniently located to everything including the train which was about a 10 minute walk with luggage. Ruth
